Osmosis - Software which you can use to process your .osm file into postgres SQL database.

GeoFabrik - Lesotho Daily Download - Here you can download the .osm.pbf and shapefiles which are updated daily.

OSMtoPGSQL - Another tool to import the osm data into pgsql. What Colin used to create the features in the first place. Works on Mac/Linux at the moment. DOES not work on windows at present. Link will tell you how to use it.
